Before a candidate and Client actually meet, MANAGEMENT TARGET provides a comprehensive background and briefing to make sure that all parties have a full understanding of the specific needs and overall situation concerning the position to be filled. Acting as the third party, MANAGEMENT TARGET all times will withhold sensitive market information when conducting an interview in order to facilitate the negotiating process with candidates on behalf of the Client.

Selection Method

MANAGEMENT TARGET will screen potential applicant’s files and then present a detailed summary to the Client for review and consideration.

After the Client decides to choose a number of the selected applicants, MANAGEMENT TARGET will coordinate with scheduling the interview at the Client’s office.

If the Client does not wish to hire a candidate or a candidate does not wish to accept a position, MANAGEMENT TARGET will undertake a new personnel search based on the Client’s additional needs if any.

In the event that a candidate and Client mutually agree on employment, a confirmation letter will be e-mail or faxed to MANAGEMENT TARGET within seven days after the job interview.
